This week I did an 18 mile challenge walk with friends from the Local Access Forum, Walk Notts and Environment Agency to raise awareness of the River Leen!

The suns out every now and then so I think I may go for a stroll today!
I walked into Sherwood to buy plants rather than use the car. It was a lovey sunny day and I avoided traffic and needing to find a parking space.
I didn't realise I was this unfit.
Walked my daughter to school with her on her bike in the sun, on the first morning of the Travel Challenge!
Beautiful morning to get moving. Finally May. Let’s go. :-)
I will walk every where, every day, 7 days a week. lovely Sunshine and away from car fumes
